Proverbs 25:27
Just as it is not good to eat too much honey, it is not good for people to think about all the honors they deserve.

L.I.F.T.

Ladies in Fellowship Together

We welcome all ladies with open arms and hope you will choose to become a part of “the gals” in your church family!  We plan for fun, food, fellowship, and look forward to opportunities for service.  Come enlarge your circle of fellowshipping friends! Our meetings are usually held in the choir room at 7:00 p.m. on the second Thursday of every month. Be looking for the meeting announcement in the weekly worship folder.  I know we’ll be looking forward to seeing you there.

Ladies, our past three meetings have been fun.  We have pretty much gone back to being about the fellowshipping!Three months ago, we had our Luau at Carol McDuffie’s house.  We just ate and played games and we had such a good time!  Then the month before last we went to Linda Bruening’s to eat and just have a gab fest around the table! Then we recently had our Birthday Party!

Well……….If you didn’t make the “Un-Birthday Party”, you missed a good time!  After a tough defeat last year, the November/December table finally got their revenge this year! Smile  Penny King, Brenda Seymour, and Katie Bowers proudly accepted the First Place recognition.  Linda Bruening (with a little help from her decorator!...what’s up with that! Smile) took second place honors for January/February, and Julie Oubre took third place for her valiant effort with a dual combo of May/June-July/August.  We also enjoyed some great food along with some cool gifts exchanged!

And, again…L.I.F.T. (Ladies In Fellowship Together) is for all ladies who attend Crossroads.  You do not have to be a member of Crossroads.  L.I.F.T. is a way to fellowship and learn with each other, serve our church family in various ways, and to reach others in our communities and in the world.  Please come join us for the uplifting experience of girls night out at Crossroads Nazarene!
